How to create a payment link

Step 1: Log in

Begin by logging in to your ChargeStripe account using your mobile phone or tablet.

Step 2: Navigate to Payment Requests

Next, locate the "Payment Requests" section in your app menu.

Step 3: Create a New Payment Request

• Tap  "Create” at the top right of the payment request screen.
• Specify the payment amount, currency, and description (if applicable).
• Tap "Next" to create the payment.
• Share the payment link by copying it and sending it via email or text before tapping "Done."

How to make a payment as a customer

Step 1: Customer Receives Payment Request

• Customers receive an email or SMS notification with a secure link to complete the payment.
• Tapping the link directs them to a secure payment page.

Step 2: Customer Makes Payment

On the payment page, customers securely input their card details and submit payment.

Step 3: Confirmation and Receipt

• After a successful payment, you can confirm that you received the payment by going to Previous Transactions. You can also send the receipt from there as well. Your customer will receive a confirmation on the screen if the transaction was successful.
